Welcome back to the school year Rebels!

I can't even remember what song I was searching for when this old memory popped up in the sidebar, but I thought it sure was significant timing with the beginning of the school year!  So as I always say when I post a song; crank up your computer speakers and push back your chair and do a little honky tonk dancin' with Lorrie Morgan on this classic:

    Ah, PTA. I've always had a love-hate relationship with the organization. When they work as a team with teachers, the results are fabulous. When the PTA folks try to run the school, it always ends in hard feelings and no benefit to kids.

    Yes, I can't say I'm too sorry to see the days of PTA's over with now that my youngest is in middle school. In our little 3 school district we have the PTA and Booster for the older kids.... I must say for a small town they do pretty well for the kids and the schools! As always, thanks for commenting!
