ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the comment, and I am so proud of you for your commitment to going veg. But to those of us carnivores there are so many other options. For me it is raising my own meat; for others it can be coming to small farms like myself, being committed to finding out EXACTLY where their meat comes from and only supporting those with good animal husbandry practices in mind. To know the animal lived a good life and died respectfully can make a huge difference for a lot of meat eaters; including myself. Although I cry at the loss... I am so proud of the fact that I am slowly becoming self-sufficient.
